Wright questions (1) whether the Boards decision should be reversed or modified because it was harsh and excessive in view of the particular circumstances of her case; (2) whether the Board accurately credited the time that she served on the Boards parole detainer; and (3) whether the Board accurately calculated her backtime. The Board raises the issue of whether it should be awarded costs and counsel fees as a sanction for the filing of an appeal that seeks review of a recommitment period that is within the applicable presumptive range.
